S-METV signed on the air in the fall of 1998, currently, S-METV runs master controls and its studio's out of City Hall. S-METV fulfills its main mission of making government accessible to the citizens of Stafford by televising most city government meetings “Live” and televising other programs of interest to the people of Stafford.
