Lieutenant Davis Pham

Lieutenant Pham brings more than 23 years of law enforcement experience and has served in a wide range of operational and leadership roles throughout his career. His extensive background has provided him with a strong foundation in patrol operations, supervision, and organizational leadership.

Lieutenant Pham earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, holds a Master Peace Officer Certification, and is a graduate of the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) Leadership Command College (LCC). These academic and professional achievements have helped shape his leadership philosophy, with an emphasis on professional development, effective supervision, and service to the community.

Lieutenant Pham is assigned as the Night Shift Patrol Watch Commander, where he oversees patrol operations and personnel, ensures effective response to calls for service, and supports the department’s mission of maintaining public safety and community trust.
