Lost Pets

Trying to find a lost pet can be a difficult time for a family. Registering and making sure your pet has its collar and tags will assist with identifying and returning your pet as soon as possible.

If you have lost your pet, call Pete Ramirez at 281-261-3915 to see if he or she has been located and is in the care of the Houston Humane Society. If not, a description of your pet will assist the Animal Control Officer while patrolling neighborhoods.

Animals that are found will be posted on this page, at City Hall, and on SMETV for 5 days. To claim your pet, call the non-emergency Stafford Police Department line at 281-261-3950.

If unclaimed, the animal becomes adoptable through the Houston Humane Society's Adoption Department, which you can contact at 713-341-3301. You can see all available pets for adoption at the Houston Humane Society, learn more about the adoption process and see all adoption fees here.

The Houston Humane Society's Audrey Beck Adoption Center is located at 14700 Almeda Rd., Houston TX, 77053

If you see your lost pet on this page, contact the Stafford Police Department's Non-Emergency Line at 281-261-3950.
